Had an offer from Maryland last fall and took a number of visits there including this spring, not sure what happened with that. Also had an Akron offer a few months ago. Elon, Monmouth, Sacred Heart also offered.

MD signed a local kid that was rated higher .That’s what happened. No knock on us or Jackson, just the way world of recruiting. My bet is if MD was looking at him as a Big 10 recruit, we have a great commit.
