Eh, u get miltary shool transfers more these days but still not as much as others. Little bit harder. It's also possible he wanted the West Point experience and was waiting on it, it can take occasionally take longer. And sometimes the medical clearances r reason. Know someone who was denied at Air Force over football shoulder injury. I'd cut him some slack, more than if going to another school. Granted some kids just want highest level of football and not that interested in military aspect.
