Great schedule. No question about it, but if you are asking why can't we have one like this, do u really think Missouri, Ole Miss, and Miss St would play us on our court?

we'll see if their schedule works out for them ... but that's a really fun schedule for the players and their fans.

Their schedule does say that. Ironically we r already “one of the top basketball programs in the nation”. Mooney said so himself when he was extended again. Unfortunately our schedule does not say that.

UR is listed as a 19.5 underdog. I am not a betting man but if I was I would be very tempted to take the points. UVA is capable of making enough self inflicted mistakes for UR to stay close and possibly pull it out at the end if the refs don't get in the way.

It will be interesting what quote we have in schedule release, maybe none. Probably something about how hard it is to schedule even tho peer schools r getting better games.

I feel like Penn State usually has weak schedule. Look at other side with Memphis. Yes Memphis has good bball brand but using OOC to enhance that brand. 8 majors. Not relying on AAC which is similar to A10. Also notice not 1 true cupcake at all (maybe Ark State?).

lol at Fordham in a MTE with Clemson and Penn State. Ordinarily it's a meh lineup, but compared to what we know of our MTE lineup, it's gold, Jerry, gold.

they get one good game in their MTE and they get that Hall of Fame neutral site game with VPI.
other than that their schedule is worse than ours.

Oh, you know that the spin on how difficult scheduling is will be forthcoming. Feel like throwing Hardt out there yesterday was to prime things so that the Labor Day schedule dump gets even less attention. Followed by one article where Moon says we had good games but then they *poof* disappeared and does a Jedi mind trick on JOC ("you do not need any good games in the OOC") and JOC never mentions the schedule again. Then immediately into discussion of the new players - which we all actually do want! - but never a mention that the staff let them down horribly already (I am now assuming basically no good OOC games.)

I also feel badly for season tix holders, especially all those who are clamoring for more home games in the OOC. Well, you'll probably get it, as we play a D2/3 team in that extra home game. Maybe they'll trot out Arcadia University as the opponent to resuscitate the wedding planner story as a cover (while never mentioning that it was previously called Beaver College when Moon was there.)

I'm thinking there's no really good game worth leaking.
they'll just put our a presser with the schedule.
we may or may not get an interview saying how difficult scheduling has become.

This happens to me on my phone (lowly Android user here). I can't access the site at all whenever the game day splash screen is there.

Schedule will be released in a few days yet we had 7 unknown games & the AD won’t even tell us 1 more on a local radio spot. When u regularly give out unnecessary contract extensions like free candy u can get a lack of urgency or motivation. Human nature for some. We’ve seen it b4 at UR. By my calculations, if we go 13-0, 16-2, 2-1 in A10 tourney, we are 31-3 and on the bubble / out. Either we beat Dayton and someone else decent, but lose 2 "bad" games and the committee says we didn't play anyone and had 2 bad losses, or we beat all the patsies OOC, play similarly to last season except lose @Dayton, St. Joe's and again to Dayton in A10 final and the committee says we had no bad losses but also zero good wins. We're basically JMU from last year, only without the Michigan State win.

Even having beat Michigan State JMU were still on the bubble/out last year because of this SOS conundrum.

If we announce a schedule of Charlotte, Belmont and S. Illinois, this seems to be a monumental collapse in our program's operations. Someone owes like 85% of their salary back.

This is really, extremely disappointing coming off a first ever A10 reg season title. If Auburn backed out and Belmont is the best OOC game you better believe I expect 13-0.
