Good luck to Coach Smart, he deserves it, they didn't miss a beat and in fact improved with him at the helm after Grant. Texas is a great job he should do well there. I hope VCU doesn't take a downturn as their inclusion in the A10 has been great for the conference and our rivalry. We don't even get in the bubble conversation this year without the 2 regular season wins over them. Let's hope their search is a short and prosperous one.

The ad people are all over the lap dance thing. When I opened the Washington Post piece about the lap dance offer the pop up ad was for Viagra.
(There are so many puns in this reply that I didn't even try to edit).

Article gives a good perspective of what Smart had to decide on. Texas compared to the others he turned down previously has the most available resources. No doubt we will find out how good of coach he is/will become.
