Biology dictates there will be fewer big guys than smaller guys, so yes, not as many under the radar guys to be found at PF/C, but they do exist. It mostly has to do with if they start hitting their stride by junior year or not. If they hit it senior year, then they sometimes slip through the cracks. That's what happened to TJ.
