Huge game for the ladies in my opinion. A win here I think locks up an at-large if we go on to lose in the A-10 tourney. But a loss here and then a loss in the A-10 tourney I think leaves us on the outside looking in.
Spider defense causing all sorts of trouble for the Hawks. Much of the first quarter was close, but the Spiders opened things up with spurts at the end of the first and midway through the second. They had a lull going into the half, but the Hawks weren't able to capitalize much...38–28 Spiders at the break!
Spiders spreading the ball as usual, nobody with more than 7. Doogan already with 7 boards, Budnik with 4 assists. Ziegler is unsurprisingly doing the damage for St. Joe's with 12.

Spiders! 73–65 win. Has to have locked up a bid.
1 game swing shouldn’t take u from a lock to outside looking in.

I think we were in still in good shape even had we lost. Tho an early quarterfinal a10 loss maybe sweating. & perhaps what u meant. But beyond a loss here & in quarterfinals I felt good.
Doesn’t matter now we’re in for sure. Congrats Ladies!

Definitely an important win for the Lady Spiders. Looking forward to seeing the A10 tournament games. Go Spiders!

so my friends and I have a small closest to the spread A10 contest where for select Mens games you pick the spread and side you believe will occur and winner has lowest total points for the season - "holes in 1s" earn -20 points and I had my second of year with Fordham +14 yesterday
