Anybody following the game? Spiders up 23–9 midway through the second. Obviously a ton of time left, but certainly cruising so far.

Certainly not our best showing, and I continue to have concerns that we haven't been blowing teams out recently like we were earlier in the season. But Davidson is a solid team...had won 7 in a row coming into tonight. So I'll take it.
Big final game against the Hawks, not just for pride and the winning streak but to hopefully lock things up for a bid because you never know how the A-10 tourney will go. Hawks looking like they may fall to Dayton tonight too.

Good teams find a way to win...gotta win the grind out games too ...post season will be a rock fight....girls are a bit battle rested so this will pay off!

It's entirely possible St. Joe's might find themselves outside of the double bye for the tourney as they're now tied with Davidson for the 3/4 seeds at 12–5 and Rhode Island can join that group if they beat SLU tonight.
On the flip side, the Hawks could still get the 2-seed with a Mason loss to Duquesne and a Hawk win over us in the finales, as St. Joe's has the H2H tiebreaker over Mason and is a game back right now.

Playing good D but still get too sloppy with passes. I am waiting for Addie, Rachel, Maggie and
Sweeney to have a double digit scoring game. I like it when they move and zip the ball around.

Agreed. A month ago we were shitcanning teams right and left and now these games are nip and tuck until the 4th quarter. We keep winning so you can't complain but have to be a bit concerned when we run up against a really good team that we aren't quite the same well oiled machine we were earlier in the season.
These teams have played us once already and have scouted us intensely. I think the NCAA tourney might present an easier matchup in the 1st round than these games. Mentally it is hard to take a team's best shot night in and night out and still win. 15 straight!!!!

Agreed. I think we are in. Beat St. Joes and win a game in the A-10 tourney should secure things. Or lose to St. Joes and win 2 games in the A-10 tourney will get us an at large.
Generally agree. Just wanted to be conservative in my predictions. Either way, I doubt Roussell will pull a Mooney and lose in the first round as a number 1 seed.
Our first game in the quarters will be against the winner of the 8/9 game, which is currently Duquesne and Fordham, both at 9–8.
It might be possible for 10–7 Dayton to slip into that game depending on tomorrow's results and tiebreakers, though they're playing cellar-dweller Bona so they'll likely win to stay the 7 or better. Current 10-seed SLU at 7–10 can't move up regardless of what happens tomorrow.
