He wants to steal your money. A grifter, just like Trump.
Theoretically, I have no problem with someone conducting a big data analysis to track where the funds of the United States Government are going. A lot of the funding is automatically earmarked, without anyone checking on where it's going. Someone should cross-reference where payments are going and whether the funds have been correctly authorized. I understand there are hundreds of programs that have been discontinued by Congress, but that are continuing to receive funds.
Practically, this opens up Pandora's box. The unelected bureaucrats in the Biden Administration would have used this tool to attack and suppress dissent. We are correct to distrust the power of the central government.

DOGE isn't even a real thing, and these tech bros who are raiding government systems under the guise of legality are actually breaking the law under the watch of Musk, who probably should have his citizenship revoked.

Musk and his team of twerps (its being reported some or all of his 6 engineers are college aged) have taken control of the Treasury payment system, which handles around $6 Trillion annually. They also have the financial information of Americans and American businesses. Musk is not an elected official, is not a federal employee, has not been appointed to any office nor has he been approved by the Senate to do anything. DOGE is supposed to act only in an advisory capacity , and has absolutely no authority to do this or shut down USAID, which was established by Congress and is spending money already appropriated by Congress. Musk has also seized all of the computers of USAID which includes information that is supposed to be seen by only those with security clearances. What Musk has done is illegal. The supposed party of law and order needs to lock Musk up, but with a few rare exceptions the cowards are silent. With Musk and his twerps having all this confidential and formerly secure information, what can go wrong?
Trump claims USAID had sent $50 million worth of condoms to Hamas, then today he said the amount was $100 million. The actual amount is zero, as any reasonable person would surmise. I will not put in writing the level of stupidity that I feel for the people who believe what this pathological liar says or writes without fact checking everything he spouts first.
