Should be an interesting trial, if it ever comes to that. Good luck finding a jury in Milwaukee County that will vote to convict. People in that county see right through Trump and his attacks on democracy.

If there is a trial, it will be in federal court. It's still not clear what jurisdiction. Meanwhile she has been suspended. She will forever be tainted and she will never try another case.

Agreed, Fat chance she will be convicted. Back on the bench she will continue to shelter illegal criminals, placing them back on the streets to commit future crimes. Her hatred on DT will cause harm to her community.
My comment was poor judgement does not equal criminal. Further said everyone has likely exhibited poor judgement at some point in their lives.

Doesn't mean much to this administration, but the Court has ruled many times Due Process is a human right, not reserved just for citizens, BTW these defemdants can be locked up without bail pending trial if facts warrant.

You don't see the difference in what Trump is doing and what Obama did? Of course most people want illegal immigrants convicted of any violent crimes deported out of this country, I certainly do. But I would like to think that most decent people would not want an illegal immigrant who has not even been charged with a crime, much less convicted, sent to a foreign country prison known for its harsh conditions, just because someone alleges that person is a gang member or criminal. Its being reported that over 75 percent of the people sent to the El Salvador prison had not been convicted of or charged with any crime.
Most of Obama's deportations were convicted criminals or people who were picked up while crossing the border, or who had recently illegally crossed. They were shipped back across the border or deported back to their country of origin.
That's very different than going into a city and grabbing someone off the street who has been here for 5 years, is employed, is paying taxes, has a family and no criminal record. Sure, that person can technically be deported, but send that person to a foreign prison with no criminal charges even being filed? If you are okay with that I would like to think you are different than the majority of Americans.
Listen to you, illegal immigrants have committed a crime, the reason they are called illegals! Dems want all to have due process now but silent doing previous administrations. Not debating the seriousness of the crime, just stating Dems are only crying over deportations since Trump admin is deporting.
Did you not read my post or not understand it? People who simply have crossed the border may be technically illegal and can be deported, but they do not deserve to be sent to a foreign prison. Dems and many others are not in agreement that these people who have not been charged or convicted of any crime other than illegal entry should be sent to a foreign prison.
