Have you read the complaint? The judge confronted and distracted ice agents by having them meet with a senior judge. Meanwhile, she escorted the illegal into a private hallway only available to court personnel. From there, he made it to an out of the way elevator. He then ran outside and into the waiting arms of Ice agents. It sounds like she interfered with a proper and lawful arrest.

By the way, our hero was in court on domestic abuse charges. Apparently, the esteemed jurist dismissed the charges against the hero, without a trial.

Does that sound like justice?

The process has to play out. But this was not an action that was hastily undertaken by a rougue agent. This is a good analysis of the case.

The left is defending and protecting the lowest of scum- those illegals who have committed crimes in the US. The hero in this case beat the crap out of his girlfriend. She filed criminal complaints against him.

These hardened criminals are taking advantage of our system. The left is supporting it. The American people know better.

I have now read the Complaint, thank you fpr attaching. Like thousands I have read, full of assumptions and conclusions. As in all cases two sides to every story, we will hear her sidw at apprioprate time. Several points, since Flores camee into a public hallway and was seen by Agents,why didn't they simply execute the warrnt at that time. Was she required to alert Agents he was done and leaving the room. Common practice to remove all non-parties from Court In domestic hearings, including agents.

Youu miss the point, the point is intimidation and bullying, trad the comment. They wanted the perp walk and drama. They could have pursued through Judicial Review Board and made their point without the drama.

This is my point. She will be brought up in front of a Judicial Review Board. She will also have a hearing to lose her law license. As a judge, one should not interfere with ICE agents making an arrest. The judge has been suspended. The hero in this case, Flores, was in court because he repeatedly beat up his domestic partner.

The perp should not be in this country. The rest of us know better.

If that is a hill the judge wants to die on, go for it.
 
So if JRB is sufficient why bring criminal charges? BTW, you are only one calling Flores a hero. Judge should have handled differently, sounds to me the Courts had bad experience in past, and she warned to avoid repeat, and she was waiting on opinion as to how to handle from Chief Judge.
 
Once again, G is focused only on the trees and not the forest. This isn't about the one guy accused of domestic abuse. It is about arresting a state court judge - and in a manner which is highly atypical - in an attempt by the administration to impose its will. And the actions of Patel and Bondi after the arrest give away the real purpose. The article G cites takes a very measured tone in its analysis of the case and makes this important point - the only thing we have to go on at this point is the governments assertions. Facts matter and the judge has not stated her side of the issue at all.

She did not do their job, she didn't send him out the "normal" door, but the door she sent him out was just down the hall. The same public hall, agents watched him exit , enter the hall, and go to the elevators and only then acted.

Getting back to the subject of this thread, does anyone find Trump's actions to be in compliance with the Supreme Court directive? Trump said yesterday that he had the power to get the guy who was sent to El Salvador returned to the US. Obviously he hasn't even tried, he is in defiance of an order of the Supreme Court and lower district court. He also made his lawyers look like liars when they are claiming that the US has no authority to get the guy out of the El Salvador prison, where apparently he has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the crime of: Being undocumented in the US.

And speaking of ICE agents, many, not all, of these agents enforcing Federal immigraton laws are incompetent, some are trying to arrest people by breaking in their homes at night, some are wearing masks and hoodies to cover their faces, and many refuse to show any proof of who they are when requested. Someone is going to die soon with some of these clowns acting like the German Gestapo, no doubt something Trump loves and approves of.

Why is this so difficult. The judge broke a federal law, arrested, and will have her day in court. Is ICE making an example, absolutely, activitist judges should take notice.

Cleaning up Joe’s open border should not and will not be pretty. Unfortunately there no way to remove all.

How about US citizens, Gally? This poor woman's door was kicked in and she and her 3 children were traumatized because 20 US "agents" of some sort (no one wants to admit what agency they were from, probably J6 goons working for ICE) thought she was an illegal. They left with her phone, electronics and all of her cash in the house after ransacking her house. Yes, they apparently had a warrant which should never have been issued if someone had done their homework and determined that the real suspects had moved.

If a bunch of goons broke into your house in the night, would you try to protect your family? I assume its a good thing her husband was still working in MD or he probably would have been killed, but you probably would have been okay with that.

Not trying to be snarky. I stated my opinion on the judge without prejudice. Why would you have a problem with that? Assume you take issue with her arrest?

Thank you for making the point. Illegals have no right to be in OUR country. Deportations are justified. (See Obama's record. He got it.)

Certainly, overwhelming majority are not goons, but suggest you overstate your case.

I certainly take issue with how she was arrested with violated DOJ standard practices. I object to Patel and Bondi weighing in after the arrest. Beyond that all I've heard is the government's side of the story - nothing from the judge's perspective. You've already decided she's guilty. I'm waiting until all the facts are in.

Where did I say she was guilty? ICE decided she violated a federal law.

Arrested, does not mean quilt.

Have her day in court? Innocent until proven guilty.

Appears you are making unfounded accusations on my post. Stating
I am Trump lapdog doesn’t make your opinion better than mine.

I agree only heard from DOJ, with the facts they presented I can easily see a way Judge is innocent. BTW, I said earlier she should not have done what she did, poor judgement is not always criminal. If it was I suspect we would all have a criminal record.

You have quoted me with what you are trying to say in post #27, please correct it. I don't necessarily disagree with that statement as long as it can be proven that someone is actually an illegal immigrant or certainly a criminal illegal immigrant, and not based on a tatoo or hearsay. I do have a problem with children being deported, especially those with serious illnesses who are undergoing treatment in this country and their mothers have committed no crime except being in this country.

Really, pretty weak post. Did I not say in my last post that ICE decided the judge violated a federal law. Granted my original post was stated simply for never Trumpers. However you get an “A” today for nitpicking.
