Grace has to learn how to rebound to play 25 mins a night. But then again this is a CM team, so maybe not.

Sal also had 10 points in 13 minutes on 5 of 6 shooting which is really good.

I agree. And even better if he got 3 times the minutes in 30 games he would have 3 times that production.
I guarantee scalability.

But seriously, that is a great stat.

Sal played well but fouled out in 13 minutes. it's a 2 headed monster going forward. only question is will the new guy be ahead of them or behind them next year.

I'm working under the assumption that we'll fill at least one of the 2 roster openings this offseason with an immediately eligible big man.
I'm 100% sure we won't go into next year with just 2 on the roster.
I just don't know where this new guy will fit in the pecking order.

Grace and Sal were forced out of their Mooney prescribed roles last night and that is the reason we say them have their best games of the year.

Anyone notice, Mooney scold Sal at the end of the game for not pulling the ball out and eat time when he scored on the fast break. I was like M-f*cker he scored, he was aggressive, and he was confident that is EXACTLY what you want your players to do and you are yelling at him for doing that. Classic and infuriating example of Mooney teaching his players to play scared right in front of our eyes.

Did you also see Mooney hugging Sal after game, laughing with Sal? He also gave Sal a enthusiastic hand slap when he came out after first 9-0 run.
