Dichotomous thinking, VT. Not good for a legitimate poll where peoples' feelings constitute a much broader range and diverse cross-section of thought.

You need to offer more choices and eliminate the built-in bias. The two options you offer are merely the polar opposites of what one might think of Coach Mooney (That is not to say that you couldn't have used more offensive and harsher superlatives on each option.). I suspect that you can count on the fingers of one hand the numbers of readers of this board who truly adopt either of your poll options as written.

See link: Writing Good Survey Questions

BTW, what is pictured in your avatar? Is that your dab rig? Sounds like you had a hitpiphany. Were you pickswizzled, or just flame-broiled when you did your poll? If either, please beware. It can lead to highpothesis.

Bong appetit.

I want to combine the choices, He's a nice guy, but needs to be gone.

I expect this speaks to the fact that there are perhaps a lot of people in the middle who are not passionately one way or the other.

Mooney @ 41% on this overly negative board is quite impressive!
Yeah, with a 41% approval rating, he could be President I guess. Alas, I doubt many people have taken the poll. I would personally pack Mooney's office and drive him out of town if given the opportunity, but I didn't vote in this silly little poll. It is a meaningless exercise. Of course, most of my 8,000 some posts are just that as well.

what I see is 32 people have voted in 2 days, there were 91 people on line a few minutes ago. When I have checked recently we have been averaging between 50 and 60 on line at most times.

My VCU/Russian troll farm handlers have allowed me to use advanced IP masking and username cloning techniques to totally hose this poll (Sorry VT). I have voted 31 times as unsuspecting posters identities. So, not many actual posters have voted. Though I am learning that a there are a very high percentage of cloned identities and Bots acting as human posters on this board in general. I am not naming any names, but if I did it would shock you. I do know that SpidUR804 is a real person, while @BalloutMedia is a Latvian created bot.

For those of you who were interested in Patrick Beilein. I agree that Richmond is too good of a program to hire a coach directly from D2. However, if he performs very well at Siena, then Siena to Richmond would be an acceptable jump and something to potentially consider in 2 years

17, problem is if he excels at Siena, he will leapfrog Richmond and go big time. Mark it down. Just like the guys we liked at UNC-W, now at NC State.

I think it depends on how much he excels. Typically P5 schools will take coaches who do well in high mid majors like Mountain West, A10, American, etc.

Granted, it’s still possible for P5 to hire a coach from midmajor program if they do really well, but I give the jump from Siena to Richmond as a head coach more likely than a jump from Siena to P5 as head coach. He may do jump from Siena to P5 as assistant, though
