The Trump Administration

The White House press secretary announced yesterday that Elon Musk will disqualify himself if he incurs a conflict of interest while performing his hatchet job on government departments and collects confidential and supposedly secure information from millions, essentially all, of American individuals and businesses. What a joke! All of the Inspectors general have been fired so Musk can do whatever he wants. Now he's screwing around with the FAA, don't think I'll fly for a while.

And the richest man in the world could care less about stopping critical medicine and food to the poorest people in the world by shutting down USAID. I guess if you become the richest man in the world you have no conscience. He and Trump have the biggest egos with no justification, both are narcissists with no regard for the rest of humanity.

This is a criminal enterprise at this point, and we are barely into February. Look, I'm all for cutting wasteful spending. We all know government has plenty, regardless of who is in charge. But there is a right way and a wrong way to go about that. Trump and Musk have chosen the illegal way. And along the way, they are getting rid of 50,000+ federal employees, lying about the purpose and actions of USAID and other governmental agencies, creating a false narrative about government funding ProPublica and other media outlets and doing god knows what else to get people riled up and place blame.

There's an outbreak of ebola in Uganda right now, and USAID employees there normally would be helping eradicate it and keep tabs on the situation. Now they are not able to do that. Great. I'm sure if ebola ends up here, Trump will just tell everyone to drink bleach and things will be fine.

Trump's incomprehensible blathering today about the air traffic control system in this country clearly shows he's lost his marbles. Time to invoke the 25th Amendment.

America, here is your shadow government, run by DeFacto president Elon.

Where were you on the 25th Amendment with Biden? Trump, scarcely debatable. Biden, a slam dunk.

Don’t waste time trying to reason with those suffering from TDS.. They are considerably behind times. Just heard DT just started construction of a golf course in Gaza.🤪

How far will Trump and his cohorts have to go before true Christians realize they have been duped.

Helping the poor
  • Psalm 82:3
"Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed"

  • Proverbs 14:21
"It is a sin to despise one's neighbor, but blessed is the one who is kind to the needy"

  • Matthew 19:21
"If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven"

  • Luke 14:13-14
"When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed"
Helping the sick
  • Isaiah 58:10
"If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday"

  • Exodus 15:26
"If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians"

Everything about Donald Trump is the antithesis of religion. He lies, cheats and steals, but the people who support him excuse all of those behaviors and instead invent them as deficiencies in others. It's always someone else's fault, never his and never theirs.

If you want to know why Trump gets so much support from evangelicals, suggest you read David French who's a columnist for the NYT. He is an evangelical, first amendment lawyer, strict anti-abortionist and veteran yet a never-Trumper and has written extensively on the topic. He even got kicked out of his church for not supporting Trump. But he does a great job explaining how many evangelicals can act so unlike Christ.

Don't go here. How many innocent US citizens have been murdered, raped, robbed, drugged to death by Biden illegals?
Probably not anywhere near as many who were murdered, raped, robbed, drugged to death by Reagan/Bush 1/Bush 2/Trump 1 illegals. Do you seriously think illegal immigration started on Jan. 21, 2020? Or ended on Jan. 21 of this year?

He has every right to fire her. He does not have the right to demand she leave her lodgings with three hours' notice, as military protocol gives her a 60-day window.

Yes, let's talk about accountability.

Retired Adm. Karl Schultz, who served as commandant until June 2022 when Fagan took over, made the decision to bury the Operation Fouled Anchor report.

But he's a white male, so he gets off scott-free.

Trump introducing an order to prevent "anti-Christianity bias." Because whenever you think of a religion whose followers have REALLY had it tough, it's those Christians! Being Christian in this country is so hard, I'm sure. They really never get anything at all, do they?

Also, don't "all religions matter"? Why are we singling one group out to promote over all others??

Not military protocol to allow someone 60 days to vacate a military residence. How that became part of her firing episode is unknown other than hearsay. As far as your conjecture about the former commandant's race giving him special privilege that is opinion without verifiable basis.

Did you even read the story?

"Coast Guard leaders had given Fagan a 60-day waiver to find new housing,"

It's a crappy way to treat a private, much less a four-star admiral who had dedicated her life to military service. I don't see how you could possibly see this kind of conduct is acceptable.

But I'd expect nothing less from a President who called Americans who gave their lives in war "losers and suckers" and who did not attend a service honoring WWI dead because it was raining, and his hair might get wet.
