The freshmen really stepped up

Burton and Cayo did nothing on offense. Actually worse than nothing. 2-17

Agree these two, along with some others stepped up their games in post season

Hard to step up in the regular season when you are not given an opportunity to play. Both Bailey and Wilson are capable A10 players.

they both played hard and helped us but lets not lower the bar too far. they were solid. in 34 minutes they scored 5 points and had 5 fouls. they did other things well. they both defended really well. but no, they shouldn't have taken time away from Blake at the 2.

Isaiah & Dji got their feet wet enough this year. now they have an offseason to improve more and get ready for bigger roles.

I agree offensively they weren’t ready to star this year. However, after seeing their tenacity out there, I would’ve like to have seen us use our bench more and press teams more/play aggressive defense. They were flying around the floor with reckless abandon at times (both good and bad of course).

I think giving different defensive looks as well as giving some rest to gilyard and Francis would’ve benefited us throughout the year more.

When they’re seniors Mooney will have those 2 guys in the NIT quarterfinals again. That’s our pace NIT quarters every 3 years!

in the words of one of John Hardt’s REGATTA captains if they want anything more they’ll “get nothing and like it”.
