It's now automatic targeting if you lead with crown against defenseless player. Call didn't have to be made but once made it couldn't be overturned. He got the crown right up under his chin and hit him.

Yes, but at the 11 minute mark, the UVA players took a really cheap shot on Lauletta. There was no call. They have to call it both ways.
