now that everything has sunk in and the season is over are there more positive or negative feelings for next year?

A concern is the apparent level of effort the team puts forth. It seemed to change game to game..... coaching, player leadership , what?

agree , check out bobby wilder the ex coach at odu , he has more energy at his going away presser , than our staff does on game day , love to see him here. shake things up some , enough losing , this program is in a hole , seems to me its time to stop digging , no more sad sack stuff , start rebuilding and kick some butt ,

Bobby Wilder was at ODU as long as he was because he stumbled into Taylor Heinecke in his early years. I don't want any part of him here.
what i meant was someone , with energy to rebuild a program , i mean russ had kyle what did he stumble into? at least wilder won games and went a bowl, with russ we didnt stumble in its more like we stepped in something, oh sorry i forgot all the playoff wins , and big crowds

I think more positive than negative for sure. If they get rid of the OC, can stay healthy at RB, and replace the 5 seniors leaving the defense, they will be okay. Tough schedule but I believe that RH has recruited well and it will show next season. Perhaps I am too much of an optimist, but I am pretty high on UR making the playoffs next season.

Resigned after a 1-11 season..............we do not need any more "downward momentum" ....................

being this far in the off season , can we not expect any asst coaching changes? if the status quo with the staff is good , why are losing , still aaron corps fault i guess

I can only imagine that JH has RH hands tied in assistant firings. not in a position to buy out contracts, or OC would surely be gone.
