heck, this is not 24/7 or at least should not be, focus on your personal life and fam and anything you do here is just gravy for us.
We collectively went to HR and they decided to dock your salary for the absent period in question.The Board of Directors has decided to recind your stock option awards for 2016 as well.This all seems pretty severe to me although we hope that you have learned from this experience.
to me, A's six figure salary along with a car and golden parachute for this gig, should keep him in line.
