The Spiders hosted its Pro Day at Sports Reality Training Facility in Mechanicsville, Va. on Tuesday.
Seniors and prospects gathered to impress and show their skill sets to a number of NFL Scouts. The confirmed list of scouts in attendance: New York Giants, San Diego Chargers, Buffalo Bills, Oakland Raiders, Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans, and Kansas City Chiefs.
Michael Strauss, who ended his career with the second most passing touchdowns in school history, was the one many were watching; along with linebacker Aaron Roane. Other players being scouted with interest were center Austin Gund, defensive back Justin Grant and wide receiver Rashad Ponder.
