Good luck to the Spiders. On paper it looks like a tough matchup and Toledo has no name recognition, so seems like a lose-lose situation to me. Would have to win at least 2 games and be competitive in the third to match recent NIT runs. Why does that seem like a tall order?
I definitely can’t congratulate the team on earning a 2 seed because so many teams opted out. I can say good for you to decide to lace them up again after the last two underwhelming performances. Will the Spiders show signs of new life? I will be watching.
On a different topic, why I am so amazed that George Mason parted ways with their coach? I guess it is because it is something that Richmond just can’t do. Change is hard, but other teams can do it even in the face of the strangest season ever. Looks like UR is going to have another quality A10 foe again soon.

On the other hand, we only need to win one game to reach the quarterfinals, which seems to be our ceiling.
