It appears Nicol Traynor is the final Spider competing this school year, at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. She qualified in the 3k meter Steeplechase. She runs 7:45 local time in Iowa on Wednesday night. I guess that is 8:45 here. I'm sure there will be a stream available.
