mid major top 25?

First time I've heard of this, Is this the beginning of a FBS/FCS type split in basketball? Fortunately RI was in it so I guess A10 is still consider a step above most mid major leagues.

the one on mid major madness includes RI and St. Bonny. I know it's not official, but my concern is basketball is going the same way as football went.
