Loss of a Law School legend

For those of you who are Law School alumni, Jean Tarpley died yesterday at her daughter's home in Florida. Obit should be published tomorrow. Services Monday at 1:00 at Woody's on Parham Road. Dean Jean was a wonderful lady.

For many years she was the Law School, she will be greatly missed.

Just noticed this message. She was especially helpful to me..I had been accepted when I got drafted. When I got home she engineered me into the upcoming class. she had the most amazing memory for names and faces I have ever seen
