Scout is reporting that UVA has received 5 signed Letters of Intent from their 2016 class. This was as of Wednesday.
I thought that National Signing Period started the first of November. If not, where are our commits?

This was reported based on an article in HooNation saying the paperwork had been submitted. What would be the point in making that up.
Maybe you can send in your paperwork early?

Still seems early.

Check out the article. These are for players who will enroll in January.

They sign a non-binding grant-in-aid letter, which is different from the binding Letter of Intent.
