Almost 1 year to the day, on Friday March 14, 2014, VCU laid the lumber to UR. The score at the Barclays Center was VCU 71 to UR 53. The score was not that close. We have almost the same team this year that we had last year. UR got crushed then. We were humiliated, after losing our 3rd straight to VCU. What a difference a season makes. Ride SeaBiscuit, Ride.

Yes, UR was embarrassed in front of a national audience. VCU ground the Spiders' faces into the mud. They did it with relish.
Hopefully, CM showed them some game tape of last year, maybe of VCU players whooping it up as they are crushing it. Get the passions flowing.
We have beat VCU twice this year and have put a sizeable chink in what they thought was inpenatreble armor of their dominance in RVA. This should mean VCU's is going to come out hungry. We need to come out hungry as well, the same hunger we played the first 2 games with.

Yes, the humiliation was complete last year. Our team last year was destroyed and dismantled. The end of the season last year left a very bad taste in the mouth of all Richmond Spiders. How many times did we hear VCU fans say "we own you" ? How many times did the VCU players say that to our players?
