Andre, really? taking the balloon over the compressed air?

Love Harper, but he is having a bad first half tonight with only 3 points and poor defense. I just can't watch any more of this very bad pro-basketball. Such an ugly game. Some good 3 point shooters though.

Harp coming around a bit now...13 points and 5 boards at the end of 3Q. Two monster blocks as well.

LA moves on to face Austin in the D-League Western Conference Finals, surviving a three that came a fraction of a second too late, 111-108.

Harp didn't score in the fourth, but had some key rebounds and assists, and another monster block with 90 seconds to go. Finished with 13 points, 9 board, 4 assists, and 3 blocks.

Good to hear that Justin played well and his team advances. He is having a solid year; should portend more time in the mother league in the future. OSC

Good stuff.

Flipping channels and saw parts of the game last night. What amazed me were how many familiar faces there were on the court.

His teammate Andre Ingram was a former UR recruit and starred at Highland Spings. Think Belien wanted him but when he left Wainright cooled on him.

Not sure if anyone saw that the center from STB, Ndoye? playing for the Spurs.

Ryan Gomes carved us up in the NIT when he was at Providence. Think he went 3-0 vs us.

Small world

Justin Harper in D league finals tonight. Playing in a church gym in front of 100 people.

I don't care what the attendance capacity is, I'm wishing Justin well, in his quest to play in the NBA.

So do I TB, just shocked how small the gym was for a AAA equivalent Professional Basketball league championship game. Just shows there isn't much of a following for the D League.

D-League attendance averages around 3000. LA is the only team that plays in a practice gym for some reason.
