If you had the power to change one thing about the UR Men's Basketball program - what would it be? Could be anything, and assume money is no object.

Would it be changing the coach (always a hot topic and easy choice), or would it be - lower academic restrictions, be a top spender in NIL and payments about to happen? Better arena? Could be anything, but you can only change one thing - what would it be.

I'm with u here. Swap with Duke. Duke becomes Richmond and Richmond becomes Duke. Maybe that's more than 1 thing. We'll settle for the acc membership.

I can't beat this answer because that would be phenonmenal. Big East would be more realistic given we don't play D1 football though.

Outside of a conference change. It would be an institutional commitment (alignment) from top to bottom to elevate our MBB program to be a top program. That would involve everything from resources, academic flexibility, creating a 24/7/365 media profile/platform for our program, stated commitment to winning/playing in the NCAA tournament and accountability to back that up.

Quite obviously, if we had that, it would also mean a coaching change because Mooney would never meet those expectations and demands.
