The answer is that you have to do a Q&A explaining why you are keeping a coach. This is how I know someone should be fired.
Also, if you need a teacher to write a letter with 81 signatures asking to keep you... AND go to the press letting them you know you did that. That's another reason I know a coach should be fired.
