New billboard idea: "Mooney for Congress". Since apparently we can't fire anyone until they have an even better job (see Keith Gill), lets find him an even better job. And much like this current job, Congress has zero accountability as well, in fact the worse you are at, the longer you get to stay. Hell, Mooney already has that part down in spades.
