Update on Twitter today. Spider signee Jacob Gilyard listed as 1 of 6 All-American nominees from state of Missouri. @G1LYARD #OneRichmond. Way to go, Jacob!
Kendall Anthony and Josh Jones. OSCWho was our last nominee?
Not Bryce. Cayo would be my pick.Nice! We will need contributions from at least a couple of our freshmen next season, and our PG looks like he will be one who can contribute early. Who is the best candidate for being the second guy from this class to contribute right away? So far I am thinking that it could be Bryce or it could be Cayo, if one or both can do some work in the weight room and put on a few pounds of muscle. Am not seeing as much from the other signees so far, but it is early...
"PREP: Played for Memphis Central High School . . . Averaged 22 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals per game as a senior and was a McDonald’s All-American nominee . . . Scored a school record 52 points in a game . . . Was Tennessee All-Tournament, All-City, All-Region and All-District both junior and senior year." OSCJosh Jones, ha. I mean I know he had the one game in high school where he scored 50 but he was no where close McDonalds All-American material.

Exactly and all city/district player does not make a McDonald's All American nominee. Now if SF is correct that would explain it. Perhaps his coach was looking for a bit of fame.He isn't even playing a Henderson State.....
Bryce per Max Prep - 11 games - 11.7 points, 7.5 Rebounds, 3.6 Assists. 52% from 2, 23% from 3, 54% from the line. Not Bryce. Cayo would be my pick.
Yikes, thought this guy was a good shooter. People got all excited because he signed so early along with Quis. I think many failed to realize the talent differential that existed between those 2 recruits.Bryce per Max Prep - 11 games - 11.7 points, 7.5 Rebounds, 3.6 Assists. 52% from 2, 23% from 3, 54% from the line.
54% from FT line? Geez we have enough of those. Practice kid!!!!Yikes, thought this guy was a good shooter. People got all excited because he signed so early along with Quis. I think many failed to realize the talent differential that existed between those 2 recruits.
