Big shout out to Garrett for the season he is having to this point. He dedicated himself in the off-season and was recognized as Most Improved at Spring Game. He has proven to be a dependable big play weapon as a TE with sure hands, guts to take hits across the middle and speed to stretch the field and demand coverages account for him. Another great find by our staff as a walk-on from UNC. KUDOS to Coach Garrett for utilizing the TE as another weapon in our offense.

So glad to us use the tight end. They are always open in college. He has dropped a few, but has had a big year making some very big catches.

Garrett's great performances have not allowed opposing defenses to just cover Brian Brown and stop us this year. Being able to spread it to Brown, Bevels, Wilkins plus the TE has kept them on their toes.

His 4th quarter TD was an incredible pass by Lauletta. He was well covered and Kyle just dropped it in the bucket.

Hudson has been an excellent tight end for us this year. No question about it.
