congrats to the players and coaches on the great win...it was one of the most entertaining and hard fought games I've seen lately...our Spiders played with the will of champions...they would not lose...

you may find the video of these four plays interesting and entertaining...

the clips include Clines giant rebound after the defensive stop at 1:05 remaining in regulation...his subsequent FT tied the game and was the last point in regulation for either team...we finally got to the top of the mountain!

the final Richmond defensive stop in regulation...we got slaughtered again tonight on the offensive boards, but there was no way there was going to be an offensive stick back on ASU's final shot...check out the block outs by ANO and Terry Allen...Deion Taylor looks like he may have altered the shot!...

Kendall Anthony's three point portion of his four point play which gave us a lead we never relinquished in overtime...notice the player that fouled K0 may have been their tallest and slowest player on the court...was this a bad switch?

ShawnDre' Jones beautiful floater for the Spiders final bucket of the game...he continues to impress at crunch time...

looking forward to another very tough game Tuesday night...

Go Spiders!

Late Game Big Plays

Thanks for the video which also shows number 11 pulling Zo to the floor - anybody have a good angle on that? Saw number 11 trying to bait the ref into calling a foul on Zo but looked like number 11 pulled Zo to the floor?

11 definetly pulled zo down in the last play. Grabbed his jersey and pulled him down and then got up and complained to the refs. Refs should have called a foul on 11.

Yeah, that kid was a good player, but they sure let him get away with a lot. I watched some of the replay online last night, and the announcers seemed to enjoy the fact that the refs "let them play." Which I would interpret as "let them foul without being called for it."

ASU, was an overall dirty team. #21 got called for 5 of his 12 fouls in 15 minutes of play. 11, 40 and 4 were all dirty players. 31 just beat on TJ the whole time. All the more fun to beat a team and coach like that.

#11 really got in the officials face on one call that happened right in front of me and I could not believe that the official just walked away. A technical should have been assessed at the very least. I don't ever remember seeing a player approach an official that way with no repercussions.

Their coach, formally successful at NC State, was very complimentary of our team and facilities. Check out his post game remarks.
