Trump is really pressuring Harvard. First Trump stopped much of the school's federal grants. Now Trump is revoking the foreign student Visas of students at Harvard. Harvard should have cooperated and tamped down on the antisemitic rhetoric on campus. But they refused. The University of Richmond should take note.

JONATHAN TURLEY, GWU LAW PROFESSOR, FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR: That's right. And it's going to get messy. Both sides are going to win some, lose some.

The president clearly has discretion, at least his administration has discretion in terms of the awarding of certain grants. It has less discretion on contracts that have been signed and things that are required by law. That will be hashed out.

But this is really a war of attrition, and Harvard's going to lose because this is much like what Grant said when he made it clear to that he was happy to fight along this line as long as it takes, because he knew that attrition alone would crush the Confederacy. Harvard's in a similar position. Trump is showing a certain sophistication about higher education, at least the knowledge of it.

This is the soft underbelly of higher education by targeting these foreign students. Over 27 percent of Harvard's class are foreign students, most of whom paid the full rate, full tuition. And that's the same with other universities.

The Visas of Chinese students will be revoked. Richmond has exposure here as well.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, the U.S. State Department will work with the Department of Homeland Security to aggressively revoke visas for Chinese students, including those with connections to the Chinese Communist Party or studying in critical fields,” he said in a statement.

Rubio also said all future visa applications from China or Hong Kong will be subject to increased scrutiny."

UR needs to end its woke policies and diversify its faculty away from leftist drivel.
Specific examples? Also, I would say that if people object to whatever it is you are suggesting, they have a perfectly acceptable way to express that: by not attending UR.

Trump's reason for going after Harvard being that Harvard supports antisemitism is a disgrace. He just doesn't like that Harvard refuses to bow to his authoritarianism. Trump himself needs to look at his own record concerning antisemitism, it is not good. Nine of his big traders in his cryptocurrency grift had wallets containing coins with openly antisemitic or racist names, but that's okay - Trump made money on it so who cares?

Changing the name of T.C. Williams School of Law
Changing the name of Ryland Hall and removing all mention of Dr. Ryland on campus.
Changing the name of Freeman Hall and removing all mention of Douglas Freeman
Changing the name of Moore Hall.
And deleting the Jeter name from Jeter Hall and naming it Residence Hall 1. Stupid.
