Forecast for IUPUI Jaguars

Which U of R team will show up? The Jaguars were beating Xavier early in the 2nd half of their game before eventually losing by about a dozen. Not sure if they have any potential 1st All-Americans like Longwood. I am going back to my same prediction I had before the Longwood game. Hopefully all of my hopes and dreams with not be crushed once again. Go Spiders!

If we play with the same intensity and intelligence as today, we have a good chance to come away with a victory. However, our guys (especially Grant, Nick and Nate) got to drive the lane a lot today without much help defense and without many double-teams. We guys need to be mentally prepared to read the defense and pass to the open man when we are double-teamed. If we do that, things could work out well, and Woj could have his first "break-out" scoring game, along with Gilly. If our guys try to "bull" their way through double-teams, it could get ugly. How well will we prepare and how smartly will we play?

Not much of a bb follower, but if Spiders were a bubble at large team, a win against this team might well be a plus come tournament time.
What little I do know, they definitely hustle for rebounds at both ends, or did the ten minutes I watched.

Should be a good test. If we come out with the energy we did yesterday, get to the rim and rebound, I think we should be able to take care of business.
