ok Coach has nice haircut , now I hope he shines up the ugly brown shoes, i think he lose some weight too ,but please throw away purple tie it is bad luck,or give it to the asst coach who always always always matches your purple tie.
Good question 32? and the Blue team is basically 4 guards and Golden? No Verbinskis or Yates. Injuries?
Is there anything else you can share to help us get a clue? Based on the little info above Andre Gustavson is playing well. Did Matt Grace or Noah Yates play? Disappointed that Sal didn't get any points in the scrimmage, but it is still the 1st week.
Did we see Sal didn't score? Andre & Cayo 4, other 3 totaled eight and all less than 4? Perhaps Gilyard& Sherod 3? Sal 2?

I saw Yates the other day with his calf wrapped so maybe he's a little injured? Just guessing about that. Verbinskis I have no idea about

Hopefully Yates is just nicked up a little, I am counting on him to play 10-15 solid minutes/game and knock down some jumpers when left alone.

Richmond is still working through the NCAA to secure a second season of eligibility for Noah Yates, a 6-5 graduate transfer from Yale. Yates played football at Yale before switching to basketball (two seasons). Mooney said he is confident that Yates will be granted a second season at UR.

Attended practice on Friday. Practiced working on defensive and offensive teamwork. Nothing resembling a scrimmage was held - so I can't really post anything yet on who I think will help us. Verbinskis is out with a foot or ankle issue; Yates was out with an ankle injury that doesn't appear too bad. The transfer who is sitting out was not practicing. All freshmen seem to run the floor well, with Wojcik looking like he has the best outside shot. Nobody with any sense would make a prediction at this time regarding how good or how bad we will be. I need to see our guys play against other teams in order to see what we can expect. And Friday's practice was just not the practice to see anything significant. I'll post something later in the week.
Thanks Stork, hopefully later in the week you will get a look at the guys in some scrimmage situations.
