Fall Camp begins August 6th

The first practice is set for August 6 with a 3 p.m. start at Robins Stadium. All practices will be open to the public during the preseason. Additionally, the two scheduled scrimmages August 14 and August 21 are also open to the public.

This is a season to which UR has been building, the fifth for coach Russ Huesman, who counts 32 Spiders in their fourth, fifth or sixth years.

Russ is effectively putting he and his coaches on notice.Lots of blown opportunities in 2019(Fordham,Yale,WM) which was the difference between an 8-3 and a 5-6.

Don't believe his contract length was ever revealed, but yeah, an initial 5-year deal seems likely. Hard to see how we would have given him an extension yet given our results so far, but who knows.
