Going from $500k to $600k would be a nice gesture along with a $10-20k bump for assistants.

Voluntary exit fees at UR would be absolutely nothing compared to a new BCS job salary.Peanuts.

32 you are right, no way we can out bid a Power 5 team and many non-power 5 teams. But we need to let the Coaches know we appreciate them and they are secure in their position

I can't imagine KG is dragging his feet. I agree with Web, I can't imagine why DR would sign right now. This is his best team. Why not let it play out?

Unless Rocco realizes that being s top paid FCS coach at an established program is just as good as being a new rebuilding coach at a MAC like school. Hopefully be doesn't want to try to rebuild a 3rd program and just sticks it out here

We never had/have any financial leverage vs BCS schools.FBS yes-MAC,Sunbelt.A new contract would be a sign that we want he and his staff for a long time.Danny won't be leaving Spiderville for a non-BCS job,if he so decides to leave.

I'm as worried as the assistants as I am Danny. We've got a great thing going, just get it done. Make them all feel appreciated. The press conference after camp was enough justification for me. This weekend was icing on the cake.
