Congrats Richmond

+1, Mac. You just don't say such things. Perhaps, Stork has never had kids.

You have the right to chastise me for my comments regarding this board, as I am a visitor. I am not here to make friends, I it's wanted to highlight a great poster by a UR student.

My only bad experience when it comes to UR is through this message board. Im in my mid-20s, so I missed the whole "VCU is the Kmart of education" era type stuff. My experience with UR fans in person at the RC (2011 and 2014) were both cordial, as well as in the Seigel Center. Maybe it's that most posters wouldn't say in person, what they say ion this message board. I'm friends with former Spider student athletes, as well as dealt with plenty of former Spider battalion ROTC members in the Army. I just have a negative view of most on this forum, and maybe that jades my overall assessment of UR fans too much. Anyways, I'll stop posting here unless we meet again in Brooklyn (I'll be there, so probably won't post anyway). I'll stop cluttering up this message board with thoughts from a Rams fan.

You certainly don't have to leave but consider your surroundings.

If all Spider fans passed judgement on the entire RPI fanbase based on the actions and ramblings of Pavarotti and the twitter hashtags #fur and #urhateweek, would that be a fair representation of "who you are"?

stork3, have only seen the campus police come up and ask a student for his poster and take it away, the worse thing have ever seen on a campus. that was a poster with the words, FLY THE COOP on it and he was ordered to confiscate it from the young man. you do not do that on a college campus whether you agree with, not agree with or dislike something, just don't.

How can someone so full of hate be so beloved by black and gold minions? I guess there's a lot of rage over on Franklin Street, and hating UR is a release. Understandable, though. They're probably full of hate because thy didn't get into heir first choice school, have to fear for their safety every night on campus, and attend classes in buildings that have the charm and character of an 80's strip mall. They see Horn Boy as a champion for their hate.

Re: "Do you still beat your wife?"

I recall, probably mid to late seventies when RPI visited and some spider(s) had installed rolls of toilet paper with signs that stated to the effect of "RPI diploma, take one," around the outer atrium walls around the RC. Seems the RPI fans couldn't get enough of them as they kept pulling the rolls.

Re: "Do you still beat your wife?"
