You, me and 23 have about 27,000 likes on our posts here combined, so I guess we have been an ok group of posters... Or maybe our secret pact from 15 years ago to like every one of each other's posts has paid off??

All those likes for just one of the nearly 40 votes (did you vote for yourself?). I may have to do a recount / change the criteria as this doesn’t make sense. :)

This made me recall (2001?) when SF wrote code to vote for Richmond as the best upset in the NCAA tournament on ESPN's (?) poll. We were winning by a landslide until some other schools caught on and replicated.

We've had some amazing posters over the years for sure. Hard to believe I've spent over half of my life on this board.

I didn't even write code. I loaded the voting page in a text-only browser (for maximum speed) where I was able prop up desk implements on my keyboard over several nights and refresh the page with a new UR vote multiple times per second. 🤣

The ratio of likes to posts will be much different for newer posters. Because they didn’t exist for so long on here, still a relatively new feature.

I’m trying to find a picture of sour grapes to post on social media…it’s hard to tell when they’re sour just from a picture.

Since I have some likes, I assumed no one read them...

Maybe if a fox was in the picture it would help?
 
32 Counter most worthy of a shout out. Provides lots of info on many sports, but without his LAX posts believe many would be clueless about our very successful programs in both WLAX and MLAX. A sport worthy of more support by members of this board.

Athletic Department employees should be ineligible.

Like/Post ratio is a good metric, though it does skew to newer posters.
