Like the Big South?Pretty stupid idea. Who cares about the MWC? Can we find a conference east of the rockies that wants to do this with us?
Actually, if you’ll re-read this, “who” is used as the subject of the second part of a compound sentence. You only use “whom” when it’s an object."with whom" T, for the record (not that it matters) I am also not for this.

Had I known I was being graded, I would have used “that” which would have been the proper word choice.
I’ll start sending my corrections your way.
Getting a chance to add a game against a UNLV, Nevada, New Mexico, Boise, Wyoming, Colorado State type of team should be a resume enhancing type of game. Certainly this would be an upgrade over probably 80% of the teams we are playing OOC this year.not saying some MW teams aren't good, but I don't see any high profile games or marketing shots in the arm here at all.
Losing Xavier, Butler and Temple hurt big time.I suspect that the Mountain West Conference is likely to be more unhappy with the A-10 matchups. Some overlook how weak the A-10 has become in recent years.

Conference USA blows. They are a 1 bid league now. We might as well schedule a match up with the CAA if we are going that route.Does Conference USA have a matchup - I think that one would be best for A10. Both have 14 teams so everyone can play 1 game each year. Geography is not too far west. And they are very similar - with some top level teams and bottom feeders.
Or maybe an A10/ASun challenge?Conference USA blows. They are a 1 bid league now. We might as well schedule a match up with the CAA if we are going that route.
It really doesn't make that much sense geography wise either. CUSA has 4 teams in Texas, several in Florida, also throw in Louisana, Mississippi, Alabama. There aren't any A-10 schools close to any of those teams. Either way you are hopping on a plane to go to these games.A10 last year had 3 teams win 20 games.
CUSA had 7 teams win 20 games.
They had 4 teams top 100 RPI, A10 had 3. I think the top of our league is stronger, and so is the bottom of the A10 is stronger than their bottom. But middle teams - like UR at this point - are about the same. And from a geography and fan standpoint - CUSA makes more sense.
The ACC probably told the A10 to "kiss off!"The A10 is still waiting for those ACC doubleheader games for 3 years we were promised after letting the ACC take over Barclays.
Probably self explanatory, but in this list do Fordham and LaSalle justHope it happens. Similar rated conferences and exposure for Spiders out west. Maybe get a couple recruits out of it. Easy to take away one game each year from the list of weak opponents that usually occupy UR's OOC schedule.
If started this season these would be the matchups if scheduled accordingly from Kenpom power ratings .....
St Louis (68) Nevada (6)
Davidson (83) SD State (65)
Dayton (100) Fresno St (110)
St Bonny (103) Boise St (111)
St Joe's (104) N Mexico (128)
Rhode Is (108) Wyoming (145)
Richmond (115) UNLV (146)
G Mason (117) Utah St (170)
VCU (126) Colorado St (174)
UMass (142) Air Force (212)

Maybe we could try to get an away game at San Jose St. one year. It wouldn't be good for the resume, but I believe Wojcik is from around that area, would be nice for him.
Scheduling so current players can have a game close to their home is not something that competitive programs do. We seem to be all about doing things that are "nice" instead of doing things that make us nationally competitive.Maybe we could try to get an away game at San Jose St. one year.
