With St. Louis' defeat of Rhode Island, things seem to be falling into place for our Spiders. If they keep winning, the Spiders can be a team of destiny. Their future is in their hands. The future is bright.

I agree, if they keep winning. Only 11 more to go...

Next two games will determine the "destiny" of this team. Davidson is playing their best basketball and Grady has finally found himself again. Duquesne - they are a 20 win team that has been overlooked by everyone and are 10-3 at home. They will be looking to prove something that game and overall - all of their games are close.

It looks like by all the bracket experts and write-ups, everyone is just looking for a reason to keep the Spiders out and in the first four out bucket. These last two games - if the Spiders can win them - will show that UR belongs in the tourney. 2 very winnable games, but there will be a lot of pressure on these games so it will be interesting to see how the team and coaches prepare and react.

We'd better take care of business on March 3rd and 6th before talking about a team of destiny!

Well, here we are. The good guys have defeated Davidson. Next up Duquesne. Can our guys overcome their limitations? Can they reach within themselves? Can they get to a record of 24-7? Are they a team of destiny?

So GMU is a 2.5 point underdog tonight to SLU. I assume we want SLU to win to push them towards the 4/5 seed instead of the 6/7 seed?
I can't see GMU becoming a Quad 3 over a Quad 4 overriding that.

And go Davidson on Senior night!

We would prefer SLU to be on the other side of the bracket. GMU's Quad doesn't matter.
We need to win two more.
