2025 MLAX Schedule

Spiders have pushed it to a 10–7 lead with three minutes left in the game. Goals hard to come by here in the fourth with a Spider goal at the 11:15 mark being the last one.

Spiders have a whopping 58 shots, though "only" 33 of them on goal. Hawk goalie has 23 saves, and their pipes have five more.

Good win for the spiders. Glad to see us play tough and not back down. Wonderful job on face-offs today. Saint Joe’s goalie had a phenomenal game. Great to beat Saint Joe’s for the outright title at their home field. Now let’s go beat them again in a week.

Good solid game and good win. Announcer was very high on Joe's goalie who had a high percentage of saves because of our high number of shots but we scored ten goals. I'll give my kudos to Vigue because only seven shots got by him, actually only six as he was way out of goal on one of Joe's early goals into an empty net.

I think St Joe’s is the 3 and UMass the 4, based on head to head to head goal differential.

A. All 1–1 against each other,
B. Everybody plays everybody, so they're all 2–3 against common opponents.
C. All 0–1 vs. #1 UR, all 0–1 vs, #2 High Point, all 1–0 vs. #6 Bona.
D. Goals against in H2H competition: St. Joe's 18, UMass 26, Hobart 30.

So that should give St. Joe's the #3 seed. And then the argument is you go back to step A, and Hobart gets the #4 seed by virtue of H2H win vs. UMass?

There's always confusion about how these are applied in hoops too.

Official announcement of tourney participants and seeding likely soon after host Bonnies v HPU game which begins at noon.

Agree with SF above on likely seeding as stated in #417 post on thread.

12) Richmond
The Spiders (11-3) sit at #9 in the RPI with quality wins over Virginia and St. Joseph’s. Unfortunately, their victories over Lehigh and Georgetown are currently outside the Top 20. Close losses to Duke and Cornell are viewed as just losses. So I don’t see Richmond landing an at-large bid if they lose in the conference tournament. If they capture their league AQ, they will be somebody’s first-round nightmare. They could potentially land the #8 seed and a home game.

Richmond will open the A10 Championship against fourth-seeded Massachusetts in the first semifinal, on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. High Point plays Saint Joseph’s at 2:00 p.m. Both games are in Philadelphia.

That's a ridiculous amount of hardware for the Spiders. Almost all of the major awards and 7 of the 12 first-teamers lol.

We're light on the all-rookie team, but hopefully that's just because our upperclassmen are so good and not that there's been any drop-off in recruiting.
