2025 MLAX Schedule

Joes is still the team to beat in the A10.Last regular season game + A10 tourney at Joes
Completely agree. That’s why I wish they got preseason #1 in polls. They probably want to fly (pun intended) under the radar without the external pressure. Reality is they have won both A10 regular season championships and 1 of the 2 A10 tournaments. They also have had our number. This is a very good team and still the team to beat in this conference, until proven otherwise.

Could win one tournament game.............that would be a welcome first..........."but that's it" part not as positive........

Amen to that!
I sure hope our face off man (whoever plays) does a better job than they did in the Lehigh game.
Casscadden looks like the real deal. .

Inside lacrosse

“No. 3 Cornell at No. 14 Richmond
⏰ Sunday at 1 p.m.
📺 ESPN+
CJ Kirst continues to make his case for the Tewaaraton in 2025. Kirst has scored six goals in every game he has played this season. He also showed his ability to dish the rock and added six assists in the Big Red’s win over Hobart on Tuesday. He only has three turnovers. Cornell will take its high-powered offense on the road Saturday for its third away game in the season's first four contests. The Spiders escaped Lehigh last weekend with a one-goal win after knocking off Virginia two weeks ago. They will need big days from attackman Adian O’Neil and Lucas Littlejohn to keep pace with the Big Red.”

Inside Lacrosse didn't mention how important Long Sticks (Defense) and Goalie Vigue are for Richmond's fortunes in this game. Will take concerted effort but they are up to the task...................

Death, taxes, and men’s lacrosse losing heart breakers. I used to think it’s unlucky but now that it’s happened so many times, I realize that’s what separates the good from the great. Love this team. Love the fight and mentality that we won’t back down to anyone. The game was there for the taking and if we ever want to take the next step as a program, have to close out these games more often. Start an NIL fund for face-off guys too.

I’m not even talking about recruiting someone for face-off that the Marylands of the world get. I mean If we had someone at the X like the guy from Lehigh or St. Joe’s, who is at least slightly above average, this could be a final four caliber team.

Feel for the team...heartbreaking loss. Cornell deserves credit.....goals at start of second quarter after being down 6 to 1 begin the turning of the tide............have no choice but to focus on Tuesday and move forward...........

That sucked, but it was a great crowd at the game today despite the cold. When we were up 11-8, I thought we needed to get to 13 to win it, and I was bummed to be right.

We do recruit face-off players. In today’s game it would not be a smart thing not to.
