2016 Richmond Spiders Football - Prologue - Villanova

giant game for the Spiders...I believe we belong in the group of teams competing for the CAA Championship...this game could validate this belief...

I understand the questions many Spiders fans have after watching the team seemingly struggle to win since UVA, but we have gotten a W each time...

I'm not sure how good the Wildcats really are as their most recent wins have been so lopsided that you have to question the opposition...they have not been challenged since Game One...on the other hand we have been game tested to the max!

I don't know how the Spiders will pull this one off, but I just believe we will find a way to win...maybe just like in 2014's 10-9 that few gave us a chance in...

Why is it so quiet on here less than 24 hours before what is the biggest game of the season to date? Is everyone counting us out because of the close games and injuries? Looking forward to a great day and victory from the Spiders. We critique our team constantly but maybe we all need to put a little more effort into getting off our buts tomorrow to support this team. I look up and most fans in upper sections are sitting quietly in their seats and politely clapping like they are at a tennis match. Loosen up and root! We have a quality product sand need to protect our House.
