Who Makes Decision on Whether Dukes Can Play and When?

anybody know what's going on with their COVID-19 situation?...and when a decision on the game will be made?

I really want to see how our guys play against the Dukes and hope the game goes on as scheduled...

sadly they are the measuring stick for CAA Championships and with NDST FCS Championships...

obviously that's not usual and hopefully a sign of something other than more COVID-19 trouble...

somewhere along the way I think I read, or heard, that there was one week in which CAA make up games could be played...if the Dukes lose this game and there is actually a make up week, I wonder who they'd play W&M, or the Spiders?

Yeah, April 17 is currently a bye week for everyone with the playoffs starting April 24. I would imagine matchups would be scheduled based on a best fit of all missed games and perhaps potential opportunities for a borderline playoff team to help their résumé.
