Indians making some noise...trying to spoil the party...damage the history...

it may have been the hardest fought game between the two in the 118 meetings at that time...what a game it was!

with a dramatic and unexpected finish...good times!

If we run out out of tailgate food we now know where to crash the party:

W&M Alumni Association to Host Richmond Game Tailgate
Nov. 08, 2017 Football
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (Nov. 8, 2017)—The William & Mary Alumni Association (Richmond Chapter) will host a FREE tailgate prior to the Tribe football team's game at Richmond on Nov. 18.

A BBQ buffet, hot apple cider, water and soda will be provided, while a cash only beer and wine bar will also be available. The event will also feature corn hole, music and giveaways!

The tailgate will be located in the Carol Weinstein International Center Commons (number 52 on the campus map; 28 Westhampton Way, Richmond, VA 23173) from 1-3 p.m.

For complete details about the event, and to RSVP, please click here.

Tickets to the football game can be purchased through the UR Ticket Office by clicking here.

This season's game at UR will mark the 128th meeting between the two schools in what has been traditionally called the "Oldest Rivalry in the South" – but may more accurately be described as the most PLAYED rivalry in the south. The Tribe leads the all-time series 62-60-5. The teams first met in 1898, when Richmond blanked W&M, 15-0. Only three other Division I series have a longer history than that of W&M vs. UR.

W&M reclaimed the Capital Cup with a 34-13 victory at Zable Stadium last season.
