I've been trying to add an element of social media presence and wanted to get some feedback on the Twitter efforts.

Overall good stuff. Nice to be able to keep up with quick updates there.

Couple tips:

1. If you lead a tweet with an @username, you currently need to preface it with a period in order for it to go out to all of your followers. So like the one you did about David Jones doesn't show in your followers' feeds unless they follow both you and the person being addressed.

You'd have to type it ".@the_davidjones already being targeted..." in order for it to go out to all of your followers.

2. Looks like you've got Facebook and Twitter linked together, and that means your retweets are being tweeted twice somehow....the actual retweet and then when it posts to Facebook as "Retweeted..." it gets tweeted again.

SF - really appreciate the tips. I had noticed the duplication but hadn't spent the time to root cause it and was completely ignorant on the other issue.

follow you on facebook A, have twitter but way too many followers so quit utilizing it but glad you are out there with it.
