guys, some of you just do not get the coaching business. they really do love where they are and the kids they have but they have to also listen and react to those wanting them and see how it fits them, their family and their career goals, not to mention pocketbook. you don't come out and say, love it here but the first opportunity that comes by, am gone, you cannot do that so you tell the truth, i love it here, i love my kids. it is like mike london, am sure he loves UR but you have to look out for yourself. i love UR, don't care for uva but in his shoes, would have taken that job in a heartbeat.
