Spiders Pre Season Opponents Countdown - Hampton Pirates

Game Two against the Pirates will be an important game...believe finishing no worse than 2-1 non conference will be very importance if we are to compete for a FCS playoff spot...

Interestingly the Spiders may face former UVA QB David Watford who transferred to Hampton...Coach Rocco has won a few tough road games in September too...we need this one

This will not be an easy game for us coming off the Terp road trip game.We did not overwhelm Hampton at the Brickhouse in the earlier stages of our game .UVa transfer QB Watford will be a handful.Pirates play host to D2 Kentucky State the week prior.Hampton was picked to finish 6th in the MEAC,which appears to be understated.
