Thought I’d post this here since this gets the most traction and it is also relevant to Spider basketball.
For those who have the new Spider sports app, they have a survey option on the main screen after opening the app. It’s to make comments on what you like and what you think needs to be improved. Hope many of you can fill it out. Below is what I wrote in the end. Hopefully if we have enough people who feel the same way and articulate it to the department, they can make some changes.
* Note the survey expires on May 22nd, which is in 2 days.

1. “Spider news updates” which include all those news articles that you put on the website (and old app) and the ability to filter by team.
2. Push notifications for scores of games. Something similar to what ESPN has
3. Being able to consolidate all the digital tickets for basketball and football games in this app.
4. Spider points where you get points for attending games. Points can be redeemable for concessions, merchandise, etc.
5. We don’t need features telling us the concessions or where the restrooms are.
