Hello Spiders fans everywhere and college football fans across America and around the world.....
Let me apologize to those fans who enjoy the Prologue videos; due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control there is no video Prologue before this big game...
But you know what? There wasn't any video before we kicked App. St. in similar circumstances when the dream started in 2008 either! Maybe it's a sign?
Rest assured I am trying to stay as relaxed as possible while making sure my Spider mojo is solid...
I like our chances tomorrow night, because I believe Coach Rocco likes our chances. DR is normally a straight shooter with not too much coach speak. After listening to the Monday teleconference I sensed his confidence.
There was ample respect for the Redbirds, but confidence in his team as long as we play to our potential. He expressed confidence that our defense could have enough men at the point of attack, but had to make sure tackles. He clearly believes our offense can move the ball and score.
Coach mentioned the JMU and W&M II as our best games of the year. He knows we'll have to play that well again to win. I think DR and staff have the mojo working.
It should be a great game. Make your coach a prophet guys, play your best game and take another step towards the dream!
